Kinesiology Therapeutic Taping Instructions On The Go
AUGUST 03, 2010
The new KT Tape application instruction page is up and is better than ever, especially since it's now compatible with most mobile devices. If you havent already checked it out, you'll want to head over there right away. We have added tons of new applications for a much wider selection of instructions for specific injuries. Basically if it aches, its sore, or it hurts, KT Tape has you covered.
One of the best new features is that most applications come with an awesome printable pdf version in addition to the guided online video version. What does that mean for you? It means KT Tape resources just got a little more convenient, a little bit more precise and a whole lot more mobile. Because you cant have a computer at your fingertips all the time, this feature is super handy. Simply print off the instructions for your injury, complete with step-by-step pictures and easy to follow text, throw it in your bag and you are good to go.
It's perfect for race day, on the mountain, at the gym, or wherever you are. Paired with KT Tapes precut rolls, this service is designed to make sure you have what you need to get the most out of your performance.
Here's a handy tip for coaches and trainers --after you have attended one of our full-body taping workshops through our partnership with California Education Connection or online course at Sports Medics online, print off all the application instructions and put them in a three ring binder for a convenient full application guide. Just like the online version, tab each of the specific regions, legs, knees, ankles/feet etc. so you can reference any injury fast, easily and more importantly accurately.
