ORDER & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
If you purchase a subscription with respect to any products or services offered on our website, this subscription policy provides more information regarding such subscriptions and how you can change or cancel related purchases.
Subscriptions are Subject to Auto Renewal
Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis that allows you to receive product each month in accordance with the price and frequency that you select and identify at checkout. If you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries and your provided payment method will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel such subscription. You agree to being charged at the rate and frequency identified in your cart and agree to our Terms of Use.
Cancelling Subscriptions
If you want to cancel or change your subscription or elect not to renew it, you can do that at any time and it will be effective for all future product orders that we have not yet processed. Your order confirmation emails have links to your subscriptions and can be managed from there. You may also manage your subscriptions by logging into your account, or by emailing us at support@kttape.com with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

Pre-orders
When you pre-order a product, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially-paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the pre-order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
