Rebecca Rusch's Mountain-Town Movie Tour in MT

Rebecca Rusch's Race Across the Sky Mountain-Town Movie Tour stops in Missoula, Montana today.  Rebecca, a KT Tape sponsored athlete, is the reigning three-time 24hr Solo World Mountain Bike Champion and the 2009 female winner of the Leadville Trail 100, sharing the podium with Lance Armstrong.  The Leadville Trail 100 is one of the most intense endurance mountain bike races on earth and is the subject of the documentary Race Across The Sky. Members of the KT Tape team will be there to see the film, cheer on Rebecca, tape up fans and hand out free samples of KT Tape. The Missoula showing is the second stop in the tour.  The tour kicked off in Sun Valley, and after Missoula it will continue on to Carbondale, Park City, and Jackson Hole.  Each stop is a fundraiser for the International MountainBike Association (IMBA). Race Across the Sky highlights the experiences of participants, both elite and amateur alike, exposing the viewer to the grit and guts one must have  to even attempt such a race.   Rebecca says, “I’m so excited to be a part of this film tour. The race itself was amazing.But to be able to share the experience through this film and bring it to cycling communities that are close to my heart is icing on the cake.The premiere showings were only in big cities, so I can’t wait to bring the film to these core cycling communities and also be able to support their local trail advocacy work.”
