YogaSlackers Spearhead Adventure Racing in North Dakota

Wearing the KT Tape colors this weekend are adventure race phenoms, the Yogaslackers as they'll be in North Dakota this week for an adventure race called Extreme North Dakota Adventure Race (END-AR). END-AR is the first adventure race series ever to be hosted in the Great Plains. Since some of the Yogaslackers team members have substantial ties to the "Flickertail State" it's appropriate for them to start the state's first adventure race. This race includes trekking/trail running, mountain biking, canoeing, orienteering, rope work and mystery challenges. Teams will work together to complete the course. Many details of the race or kept vague purposefully from the participants until the day of the race. This race is the first of two adventure races happening this year in North Dakota. This spring race is only designed to be 4-6 hours long with a longer, extended race slated for  September. With the focus on teamwork, this race is a combination of athletic endurance, smarts and the ability to stay positive, work together and accomplish different tasks utilizing different strengths from different team members. The Yogaslackers are planning to hand out samples of KT Tape for END-AR participants this weekend. Good luck teams!
