KT Tape Demos Professional Pain Relief to All Chicago Marathon Runners
OCTOBER 06, 2010
Orem, UT Oct. 6, 2010 For the second year in a row, KT Tape will offer free Kinesiology Therapeutic Taping, demonstrations and samples at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon Health and Fitness Expo. With hundreds of runners getting taped at last years expo, KT Tape expects even more race participants at the booth to maximize their performance at the race this weekend.KT Tape is the first-ever consumer brand of kinesiology tape. For years, elite marathoners have used kinesiology therapeutic tape for injury treatment, pain relief and performance, and now all runners can have access to that same level of support. The Bank of America Chicago Marathon is Sunday, October 10th, with the Health and Fitness Expo October 8th 9am-8pm and October 9th 9am-6pm. The Expo, free and open to the public, is at the McCormick Place Convention Center, North Building, Hall B1 at 2301 S. Martin Luther King Drive. Because KT Tape is waterproof and can be worn for up to five days per application, Windy City Marathoners who stop by the KT Tape Booth at the Expo on Friday or Saturday can get taped up for Sunday! KT Tape is used by athletes to treat common sports injuries such as runners knee, shin splints, IT Band pain, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, and quad or hamstring strain. It is the only solution that will provide pain relief and support before, during, and after the racewithout restricting motion. At the Expo, the KT Tape team will be available to answer questions, demo product taping methods, and introduce Portland runners to this revolution in pain relief and performance enhancement.
