Important Instructions:

  • Place Ice Sleeve in freezer for at least 2 hours prior to use. 
  • Remove from freezer and pouch, slide onto knee or elbow for up to 20 minutes of therapeutic cold compression to the target area.
  • Re-freeze and re-use as necessary.
  • Use the provided storage bag to keep your sleeve clean and dry. 
  • Do not get the sleeve wet.  To clean, wipe with a damp cloth - do not immerse in water.
  • Do not microwave.  Ice Sleeve is designed for cold use only.
  • If the Ice Sleeve is damaged or worn out, discontinue use.
