This weekend at the National Athletic Trainers Association Annual Symposium, KT Tape will launch its new on-site and online education programs.

Fielders need the ability to sustain a concentrated effort for a 6 hour plus period without fatigue, in sometimes very warm conditions. There bodies most be capable of explosive bursts at any given time – such as racing for a ball, jumping for a catch.

Ladies and Gentleman, Start your Engines! In preparation for the Indianapolis 500 race, the 34th annual 500 Festival and Mini-Marathon will take place this weekend, and KT Tape will be there too!

The KT Tape Team is heading to the Dick’s Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon this weekend! The team will be hanging out at the GNC Live Well Health and Fitness Expo offering Kinesiology Therapeutic Tape (KT Tape) demonstrations and samples.

The muscles of the upper back, arms, chest and core are used in tight synchrony with other teammates to move toward the finish line. According to Brad Walker, a leading stretching and sports injury consultant of the Training Institute, “rowers, whether competitive or just recreational, repeat the rowing motion over and over again. This repetitive motion can lead to overuse injuries. Incorrect form can also lead to chronic injuries.

This weekend, the KT Tape Team made it’s first appearance at the Boston Marathon and John Hancock Health and Fitness Expo. We had a great time meeting with runners, spectators and journalists, answering questions and taping up athletes.

College football is a very popular sport in this great country of ours. During many halftime intermissions, a select group of athletes take to the field, toting a variety of instruments from the clarinet and saxophone, to the tuba and oboe. Yes, these are members of college marching bands and they are tough as nails.
